EstherJACKSON(nee Walsh) Peacefully on August 31, at the University Hospital of Wales, Esther aged 73 years, of Barry, formerly of Newtown and Canton; beloved wife of the late Alec, much loved mother of Fiona and Michelle, dear mother-in-law to Alan, devoted grandmother of Mark, Christopher, Huw and Mackenzie and great-grandmother to Grace. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Resting at the private funeral home of J Pidgeon & Son, 539 Cowbridge Rd East, Victoria Park, Cardiff until the service at St Mary's R C Church, Kings Rd, Canton on Wednesday Sept 17 at 10.45am, afterwards to Thornhill Crematorium, Briwnant Chapel. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Neurosurgery Department, Ward B4, University Hospital of Wales, Heath Park, Cardiff, CF14 4XW.
